600 gms. of egg pasta (fettuccine)

Fry
half a sliced onion in some butter and cook 200 gms. of peas. When they
are done, add the chopped ham, salt and pepper. Break the eggs into a bowl
and mix in 3 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese, boil the fettuccine
until - chewy - then drain and mix straightaway with the eggs mixture
until the eggs thickens around the pasta. Now add the peas and ham, finish
by adding a few knobs of butter and serve with a generous amount of
parmesan cheese and a good sprinkling of freshly ground pepper |
