Mix together 500 gms. of already-risen bread dough, 300 gms. of flour, 200 gms. of sugar, 100 gms. of melted butter, 5 eggyolks and a pinch of salt. Knead the douth well and leave it to rest for half a day. Then re-knead it, incorporating the beaten-stiff egg whites. Mix well and then leave again to rest for a couple of hours. Now roll out the dough and line 1 or more baking trays which have been well-greased with butter. Place the pizza in a nice hot oven for about 1 hour | ||||
