Cauliflower to the wine

   
500 g. of cauliflower Cleaning up the cauliflower eliminating the core and the leaves and wash in cool water. In a saucepan with oil and salt browning the cut streaky bacon to small parts, the onion and the minced garlic. Add the cauliflower, the wine and do it evaporate to open saucepan. Add some spoon of hot water, cover and cooking up to moderate flame
  2 cloves of garlic  
50 g. of streaky bacon
  1 glass of red wine  
1 onion
oil and salt
